- $200; optional piano tuning an additional $125
- One instrumentalist or vocalist with piano
- 3 hours in studio – 2 hours for recording, 1 hour for editing and mixing

Insurance is required; either the renter provides an insurance certificate naming The Boston Conservatory or one-day insurance is obtained through this website. Please contact Angela Henstra for the access code needed to obtain insurance. Also note that alcohol is not allowed on campus, so you should not purchase the additional premium for liquor liability.

A $90 piano tuning fee will be added for use of the piano
